Hilbre Homes developments

Hilbre Homes is a new build home company, which is a subsidiary of Magenta Living. The aim of Hilbre Homes is to build sustainable homes for sale, market rent and affordable tenures to generate surpluses where a minimum of 60p in every £1 is charitably invested back into communities to enhance its economic, environmental and social well-being. With 13,000 homes Magenta Living are the largest charitable registered provider in the Wirral. Magenta Living are also a significant contributor to the sub-region with 500 staff and at least £200m invested into its existing homes.
