Mulgrave Properties is an award winning house builder specialising in developing unique, high quality, design-led residential properties in desirable locations throughout Yorkshire. The business started life as the development arm of the 350 year old Mulgrave Estate based in Lythe, near Whitby. The early developments were either on parts of the Estate’s picturesque 15,000 acres or in close proximity. As the company has grown, it has expanded its area of operation to create, unique developments in desirable locations across Yorkshire. Our aim is to create developments which have been designed and constructed with great attention to detail both externally and internally, incorporating details that not only enhance the appearance and functionality of each individual property but give each property a unique character of its own.
