Home Reach is a shared ownership scheme (also known as part buy - part rent) where you can buy up to 75% shares of a home. You would then pay rent, from 2.75%, on the remaining share you did not purchase and this is paid monthly. You can purchase more shares in the future until you own the whole property and stop paying rent altogether. What’s more, you can buy more shares or sell them back at any time.

This is a fantastic option for a financially conscious homebuyer as not only does this mean that you don’t have to free up as much capital in order to buy a home, but shared ownership mortgage repayments can be better managed as the amount you’d have to borrow from banks in order to buy a home – is significantly reduced.
